We provide residential, commercial and specialised cleaning services in Kuwait, as described on our services pages. The exact scope of any service is confirmed with you in writing before the cleaning starts. Service names and descriptions on this website are general guides and do not replace the written task list agreed for your specific space.

Any price or price range we give you is an estimate based on the information available to us at the time. A final price is agreed with you before the cleaning starts, after we understand the size of the space, the condition of the surfaces, the services you want and any special requirements. If the scope changes, the price may change too.

We communicate with you by WhatsApp, phone and e-mail if you provide one. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details. Standard messaging rates may apply when you use WhatsApp or SMS. We are not responsible for delays caused by full inboxes, blocked numbers, incorrect numbers or network problems outside our control.

The areas we serve are listed on our service areas page. Serving a listed area does not guarantee that we can attend on a specific date, because crew and equipment availability can vary. We will always tell you honestly if a requested date is not possible and will try to offer an alternative.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by phone so the appointment can be offered to another customer and your cleaning team can be re-planned. If you cancel at the last minute without a good reason, we may charge a cancellation fee. Any such fee will be explained to you in advance.

You are responsible for making sure that the space is accessible at the agreed time, that water and electricity are available, and that pets and valuable or fragile items are secured or removed from the work area. You should also tell us in advance about any stains, damage, delicate surfaces, allergies, children or pets so we can plan safely.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a cleaning service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. We are not liable for damage to personal belongings unless it was directly caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here is the current version and its date is shown above. If we make a material change, we will try to bring it to your attention before it takes effect. Your continued use of this website after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
